Mário Henriques is the President of High Play, an association responsible for
promoting the Design for Change program in Portugal and Angola. He has been a guest professor at the Universidade de Coimbra since 1998, also collaborating with master’s degrees, postgraduate and MBA programmes from other entities in Portugal and Spain. He has written and published many articles in newspapers and magazines specialising in people management in organisations. He is the author of the book “Capital Humano” (1998); and coauthor of the books “Treinador na Empresa” (1999) and “Dirigir Equipas” (2005); “Human Asset Management” (2007); and “Urgency to Educate for Values” (2010).
